Hello! I'm Alison, the baker behind Big Tasty Bakery!

My journey began helping my mom in the kitchen, turning everyday baking into a passion. From peanut butter cookies to decorated sugar cookies, I loved creating treats that bring joy.

With a culinary degree and various certifications, I focus on baking hearty, delicious goodies. Proudly, I was honored with the South Carolina Tourism Student Award.
