Decorating Workshops
When you attend a class you will have fun, be more confident with decorating and feel proud of what you’ve created!
In a workshop, we will all create the same cake, cookies or cupcakes as advertised. I will teach you step by step and help you along the way while you learn new techniques.
I always start a design by brainstorming and sketching. Once an idea is finalized, a mock product is created. By doing this it allows for everyone to have the correct amount of buttercream, sprinkles, fondant or other medium we will use to create your design. I meticulously plan out every detail for every class to ensure you have every tool needed so you will succeed. There is no one else behind the scenes, only me. I spend hours prepping for each class. I scratch bake your dessert and do not believe in a box mix of any kind. Everything needs a delicious buttercream and that’s fresh too - no tub frosting here. From grocery store runs, coloring the buttercream to perfection and prepping every piping bag - there’s so much that goes into one class. Once class starts you’ll find encouragement, one on one help, growing confidence within yourself and a whole lot of fun, not to mention a delish dessert you can proudly say you decorated by yourself.
